leappNINE SNEAKER SIZE

​Our leappNINE sneakers are unisex, available in both women’s and men’s sizes, and listed with international size options. Please check our recommended size conversion chart below for details. If you usually wear a half size, we recommend always rounding up to the next whole size for the best fit.

Orders Tracking and Shipping

ORDERS STATUS

Our usual timeframe for processing and shipping custom sneaker orders is 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed over the weekend, including those before 12pm ET on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. Our goal is to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. We process orders Monday through Friday, except for major US holidays.

TRACKING AND SHIPPING

When your order ships, you'll receive UPS tracking information so you can follow its journey. Depending on your location, Expedited shipping typically takes 3-5 days, while Standard shipping may take 3-7 days. Overall, orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on your location. You'll receive all the delivery details you need in your confirmation email.

​If you haven't received a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking number within 10 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at service@leappnine.com. We'll respond promptly within 24 hours with an update on your order status.

SHIPPING

Our shipping fees are calculated based on factors like price range, weight, and delivery location, as determined by USPS. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate. Please note that leappNINE is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by the carrier.

For most orders, we use USPS Ground shipping, unless you request expedited delivery (additional charges may apply). Depending on the order value, a signature may be required upon delivery. Free shipping is offered for items over $55. Free shipping is subject to change without notice. 

Keep an eye out for our free shipping promotions, which we announce through email. Join our email list to stay updated and take advantage of these savings opportunities (excluding special release items).

Exchanges

EXCHANGES

At leappNINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide you'd like a different pair or size of LeappNINE shoes, you can exchange them for an online credit within 15 days of receiving your shoes. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. leapNINE sneakers are custom sneakers made specifically for you, so we appreciate your understanding. To initiate a return, please contact us at searvice@leappnine.com for authorization. 

To qualify for a return, the products must be in their original unused condition, with all safety tag pins intact with shoes unworn, and in the original packaging. Damaged, worn, or altered products and packaging may not be accepted and could be returned to you.

Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Any applicable payment duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer. Items sold at a discounted price or purchased with a gift card are considered final sale. leappNINE reserves the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.

EXCHANGES- TERMS

  • Return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery by emailing service@leappnine.com.

  • For returns, online credit will be issued for unused products in their original, unopened condition.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the SKU on packaging. We'll replace the item with the same size and SKU as your original order if the damage is confirmed within this period. We cannot accept damage claims after 10 days or without required images.

  • Returned items must show no signs of wear, be in the original box, and have the original security tags attached.

  • Please package returns securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, it will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the package is held at a local shipping center, it's the customer's responsibility to arrange pickup. Failure to retrieve a package may result in its return to us at the customer's expense.

  • Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed by the customer with the shipping carrier. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, and any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take a photo before inspecting its contents and file a claim with the carrier. Once orders leave our fulfillment center, we are not responsible for them. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Looking to give someone a thoughtful gift but unsure of their size or preferences? Consider a leappNINE gift card!

Here's how it works: Our digital gift cards are delivered straight to the recipient's email address that you provide during checkout. It's quick and convenient!

Here are some details to know:

  • Our gift cards never expire or lose value, so they can be used across multiple purchases.

  • There are no additional processing fees associated with our gift cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

Simply enter the recipient's email address at checkout, and they'll receive their e-gift card instantly. You can also forward the email to them at your convenience.
