leappNINE SNEAKER SIZE

​Our leappNINE sneakers are unisex, available in both women’s and men’s sizes, and listed with international size options. Please check our recommended size conversion chart below for details. If you usually wear a half size, we recommend always rounding up to the next whole size for the best fit.

Orders Tracking and Shipping

ORDERS STATUS

Our average process and shipping time for processing hand-painted converse style sneakers is 10- 14 days, for our Lace Up style sneakers, longer lead times are required, 20-25 days. Orders placed over the weekend, including those before 12pm ET on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. Our goal is to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. We process orders Monday through Friday, except for major US holidays.

TRACKING AND SHIPPING

When your order ships, you'll receive USPS tracking information so you can follow its journey. Depending on your location, Expedited shipping typically takes 3-5 days, while Standard shipping may take 3-7 days. Overall, orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on your location. You'll receive all the delivery details you need in your confirmation email.

​If you haven't received a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking number within 10 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at service@leappnine.com. We'll respond promptly within 24 hours with an update on your order status.

SHIPPING

Our shipping fees are calculated based on factors like price range, weight, and delivery location, as determined by USPS. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate. Please note that leappNINE is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by the carrier.

For most orders, we use USPS Ground shipping, unless you request expedited delivery (additional charges may apply). Depending on the order value, a signature may be required upon delivery. Free shipping is offered for orders over $100. Free shipping is subject to change without notice. 

Keep an eye out for our free shipping promotions, which we announce through email. Join our email list to stay updated and take advantage of these savings opportunities (excluding special release items).

Your Satisfaction Matters to Us
At leappNINE, we want you to love what you wear! While we do not offer refunds at this time, we have two exchange options available and truly appreciate your understanding.

Converse-Style Sneakers Exchange Policy:
If you'd like to exchange your pair for a different size or style, we’re happy to help. Just email us at service@leappnine.com to request authorization and begin the exchange process.

To qualify, items must be in original, unused condition — unworn, in original packaging, and with all safety tag pins intact. Worn, damaged, altered, or improperly packaged items may not be accepted and could be returned to you.

Lace-Up Sneakers (Print-on-Demand):
Because our lace-up sneakers are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for these styles. We encourage you to refer to our size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

If you receive the wrong item or your sneakers arrive damaged, please contact us at service@leappnine.com, and we’ll make it right.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Duties and taxes, if applicable, are also the customer's responsibility.

  • Sale items and purchases made with gift cards are final sale.

  • leappNINE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

EXCHANGES- TERMS

  • Returns & Exchanges
    To request a return or exchange, email service@leappnine.com within 15 days of delivery. Returns are eligible for online credit only and must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • Damaged Items
    If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 10 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the SKU label on the packaging. We’ll replace it with the same item if confirmed. Damage claims after 10 days or without photos cannot be accepted.

  • Important Notes:

  • Returned items must be unworn and securely packaged.

  • Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to pick up will be at the customer’s expense.

  • Claims for lost or stolen packages must be made directly with the shipping carrier using your provided tracking number.

  • If your package arrives damaged or opened, photograph it before opening and file a claim with the carrier.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Looking to give someone a thoughtful gift but unsure of their size or preferences? Consider a leappNINE gift card!

Here's how it works: Our digital gift cards are delivered straight to the recipient's email address that you provide during checkout. It's quick and convenient!

Here are some details to know:

  • Our gift cards never expire or lose value, so they can be used across multiple purchases.

  • There are no additional processing fees associated with our gift cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

Simply enter the recipient's email address at checkout, and they'll receive their e-gift card instantly. You can also forward the email to them at your convenience.
