No problem if you’re between sizes, just take a look at our size chart for general guidance. Our hand-painted sneakers use international sizing and are designed to be unisex, fitting both men and women. If you have wider feet, these styles may feel a bit snug. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
Our Women’s Lace-Up sneakers are available in standard US sizes only, and we always suggest going up a size for the best fit. Still not sure? Feel free to email us at service@leappnine.com—we’re happy to help!
Our leappNINE Hand-painted converse style sneakers come in unisex sizing, listed in both women's and men's sizes using international measurements. We stock sizes W37 (US Women’s 6) to W44 (US Women’s 11.5 / Men’s 10). Sizes 45–46 (US Men’s 10.5–12.5) are also available but may take a bit longer to ship.
Note: International sizes don’t include half sizes. If you usually wear one, we recommend rounding up. For example, a Women’s US 9 would be an International size 41. Be sure to check our Size Conversion Chart for the best fit!.
Our Women Lace Up styles are indicated in US sizes, and available in half sizes. Like all sneakers, if you are unsure, please size up.
Our Converse-style sneakers typically take 10–14 days to process and ship since they’re made to order. After that, delivery time will depend on the shipping option you select.
For our Women’s Lace-Up sneakers, which are custom print-on-demand, please allow additional time for production and shipping. Orders usually arrive within 15–25 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.

Once your order is placed, it begins processing right away. If you need to make a change, please email us at service@leappnine.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t entered production yet, we can help update it or offer store credit.
Because our sneakers are custom print-on-demand, we’re unable to offer refunds. Thanks for your understanding!

Custom Hand-Painted Sneakers:
We want you to love your leappNINE sneakers. If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange them within 15 days of purchase. To get the best fit the first time, please check out our Size Conversion Chart before placing your order.
Printed Lace-Up Sneakers:
Because these styles are printed on demand, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, they do come in both full and half sizes — we recommend sizing up if you’re in between. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Just contact us at service@leappnine.com, and we’ll make it right.

All orders shipped include carrier tracking information. Please check the your carrier tracker online for updates on your package. If there's been no movement for over a week, email us at service@leappnine.com, and we'll contact your regional carrier on your behalf.
You can only ship to an address different from your billing address if you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. All other payment methods require shipping to your billing address.
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure all information is correctly entered before completing your checkout.
If the style, size, or color you want is out of stock, don't worry! We update our collections each season. Just email us at service@leappnine.com to be notified when it's back in stock.

We primarily use USPS Ground for shipping most of our orders. USPS 3-day shipping is also available for an additional charge.
