I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?If you're not sure about sizing, no worries! You can check out our size chart for general measurements. Just keep in mind that our collections use international sizing, and all our sneakers are unisex, so they’re designed to fit both women and men. For those with wider feet, these styles might not be the best fit. If you're in between sizes, we suggest rounding up. Still have questions? What sizes are leappNINE sneakers available in?Our leappNINE sneakers are available in unisex sizing, which means they’re listed in both women's and men's sizes and follow INTERNATIONAL measurements. Just a heads-up—international sizes don’t come in half sizes, so if you usually wear a half size, make sure to review the chart carefully. When in doubt, we recommend rounding up to the next whole size. For example, if you're a Women's US 9, we suggest going with an International size 41. How long does it take to fulfill an order?Generally, we ask for 7 to 10 business days to process and ship out all custom sneaker orders. After that, just add on the shipping time you choose, and your sneakers will be on their way to you.

How do I change or cancel my order?Once your order is placed, it goes into processing right away. If you need to make changes, just email us at service@leappnine.com, and we’ll review your order. Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?You can only ship to an address different from your billing address if you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. All other payment methods require shipping to your billing address.
