If you don’t have a specific center in mind, don’t worry—we’ve got plenty of options for you!

Our lace-up sneakers are made to order, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges, unfortunately. We recommend double-checking your size before placing your order — all sizes are listed in U.S. whole and half sizes, and the fit runs true to size. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up by 0.5 for the best fit.

That said, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Just email us at service@leappnine.com with a description and clear photos of the issue and packaging. If your request qualifies, we’ll gladly issue store credit or send a replacement.
