Each pair of our hand-painted Converse-style sneakers is made with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

For our Lace-Up styles, please expect a 20–25 day turnaround as this product is made specifically for you, as soon as you place an order. Which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. However, making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Our lace-up sneakers are made to order, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges, unfortunately. We recommend double-checking your size before placing your order. All sizes are listed in U.S. whole and half sizes, and the fit runs true to size. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up by 0.5 for the best fit.

That said, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Just email us at service@leappnine.com with a description and clear photos of the issue and packaging. If your request qualifies, we’ll gladly issue store credit or send a replacement.

The lace up women sneakers run narrow/snug. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend rounding up to the next half size.  For a more comfortable fit overall, please consider ordering a half to full size up.
